El Valor has partnered up with Benedictine University to offer an ESL Endorsement Program for professionals in the field of education.  The endorsement prepares education professionals on foundations-methods of teaching English as a Second Language while examining the nature of culture and its impact on learning a second language in a culturally and linguistically diverse setting.

El Valor has also partnered with National Louis University (NLU) to offer a Ph.D. in community psychology. The Ph.D. is aimed at developing the skills necessary for advanced work at the interface of individuals, organizations, communities and public policy. Students who enter the program gain essential psychological, research, and collaborative skills to address an array of social issues, including but not limited to affordable housing, urban education, health and the environment.
